This is SO quale (my word for cool).. wish this was in needy places… that would be nice.

 

Shot put!

Since the olympics are coming up, we’re doing those activities. First we did track, but now we’re doing field sports (or something of the sort.. can’t remember the name), and we started with shot put. We used a 6 pound ball (the ball may be small, but it’s heavier than it looks!) The first time I tried, I failed, but I got a little bit better the second time…. My gym teacher said that I had good form and that’s just as important as getting the shot put far right???

Every time I make a post, there’s this sidebar that shows how many posts I make and I think this is the 65th post! There’s also this bar that shows how far you are from the next goal, and 65 posts was the goal, so I reached the goal today!

 

Prezi!

Prezi is one of the newest ways to make a presentation- only it’s more fun… and you don’t bore your audience! Instead of using slides, a prezi is pretty much a blank page that you can make a collage on. You can organize the text and pictures to make the prezi make more sense, sort of like if you had slides. You can also rotate the text and pictures and make them smaller or bigger. Last but not least, you can put a powerpoint or Youtube video in there. You have to sign up though. Unpredictable weather… :P

Those who live in Canada know what I mean: One week nice warm weather, the next week is cold… we have some nice weather for now at least. It’s sort of like summer! The good thing about summer is that there is nice weather, school’s out, you get to go to amusement parks, etc. The bad thing about summer is that there are SO many bugs and they’re always annoying you… Especially mosquitoes and flies 😦  Anyways that’s pretty much it for now! Keep visiting and I’ll try to blog more!

The poll finally works! I’ll see if I can get the trailer on our Youtube video page. You should read the books. They’re by Suzanne Collins and they’re AMAZING.  Book 1: The Hunger Games 2: Catching Fire 3: Mockingjay. The movie comes out March 23, I think. Also, check out hits party place and food flavours.
